The new hygienic right angle valves from the 6053 series impress with nominal sizes from 2 1/2“ up to 6“ and above-average Cvs values. They meet high cleanliness requirements and are characterised by outstanding cleanability and ease of maintenance.
All media-wetted metallic parts of the hygienic right angle valves are manufactured from stainless steel 316L barstock material and have a roughness Ra of less than 0.8 µm. The new three-way ball sector valve type 4083 with electric actuator is suitable for operation in diverting or mixing function. On account of its design, the three-way ball sector valve with electric actuator and a power supply of 24–240 V DC/AC (50/60 Hz) enables high-precision control (rangeability of 100:1) over a wide control range and is characterised by CVmax values that are around 20% higher than the common alternatives. The total CV value of the valve remains virtually constant in every valve position.
